Egyptian Transformation I-V
Egyptian Trasformation - tento projekt byl inspirován mou návštěvou Egypta v roce 2013. Zde jsem navštívil Luxor, Karnak a Údolí králů, které ve mě zanechaly velký dojem. Na popud těchto dojmu, jsem chtěl opět oprášit toto téma, které jsem již zpracoval v roce 2010 fotografii " The Mummy", avšak jinou, moderní progresivnější formou a především v uceleném souboru portrétních fotografií. A podařilo se. V roce 2014 vzniknul soubor pěti fotografií ve variacích barevného a černobílého provedení pod názvem Egyptian Transformation I-V. Tato ucelená série vyobrazuje Egyptskou panovnici Hatshepsut, která se v jednotlivých fázích zahaluje.
The collection of 5 portraits named ET arised in the fall of 2014. The whole collection production including preparation took roughly 2 hours and all the concept emerged spontaneously. It was during the mundane work on portraits and then suddenly something happened – the thought that was sleeping in my head for more than a year since a visit of ancient Luxor and the Kings Valley in Egypt where I was in the spring of 2013 had just stroke me. The visit impressed me a lot and inspired me to redo this topic that I already worked on in 2010 with ‘Mummy’ photography but in another modern and more progressive way and primarily in some integral collection of portraits.
‘Egyptian Transformation’ is my tribute to the Hatshepsut Qeen.
